MLADJA NINKOVIC (MJ) - GENERAL MANAGER
Mladja Ninkovic, otherwise known as “MJ”, was head hunted to lead the Zone team due to his vast experience in the fitness sector and motivational leadership skills.
MJ’s wealth of experience expands to over 10 years of travelling the world with the cruise industry, working for Steiner aboard some of the most prestigious cruise liners in the world. Having worked in luxury spas and fitness clubs as a manager for many years, he has gained essential & valuable skills and worked alongside a variety of cultures.
Over the last two years MJ’s day job has been at the HSBC Bank, the world’s largest bank. This role has enabled him to extend his experience in customer care, a fundamental part of working with the members of Zone Fitness. Zone Fitness wants its members to feel comfortable and get the most out of the extensive facilities that are on offer, MJ is the perfect choice to deliver this vision.
KIRSTY VAN DEURS GOSS – CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
A keen runner, rugby player & a zeal for fitness, Kirsty has run her own retail business for 10 years, which very much revolved around customer satisfaction. Her commercial background in design & retail has help build Zone Fitness to the brand it is today & the wealth of experience in customer service she has, will help you build a clear path to success, reach your individual expectations & have a great overall experience at the club.
MICHELLE BROWN - FITNESS MANAGER
I began my own fitness journey 7 years ago, losing 6 stone and completely changing my lifestyle. Gyms and group exercise classes played a huge part in my weight loss and gave me the motivation to reach my goals. I then made the decision to become an instructor myself, and now possess over 4 years experience on the gym floor and with group exercise. I am a keen runner with a huge passion for fitness who thrives off of helping others reach their own fitness goals.
CASEY LOUGHLIN - FITNESS INSTRUCTOR & PERSONAL TRAINER
Hello everyone, my name is Casey Loughlin, I am 20 years old and I am a certified Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, Fitness has always been an interest of mine from, swimming when I was very young to dancing and then achieving my 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo aged 14.
I first found my interest for the gym approximately four years ago, a year later I decided to invest in a Personal Trainer to further my knowledge of Cardiovascular and strength training, that’s when I knew this was the lifestyle me. My goal is to help others discover a love for training the way I have and more importantly to feel comfortable in the skin you’re in. I have been working in the fitness industry for two years now and cannot wait to further my knowledge and experience with Zone Fitness. TINA BALICKA - FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
Since an early age I regularly engaged in dance & aerobics lessons. It has & still is a big part of my life.
I am a qualified fitness instructor with a passion for dancing and have run my own Zumba class as instructor for 3 years.
I love all aspects of the fitness industry from: stretching, conditioning and cardio. Speaking of which, I have taken part in a few half marathons as a bit of a hobby (challenge)!
I am an energetic and fun individual who is happy to help people and listen to what they have to say.
NATHAN PARKER – FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
I'm a fitness instructor currently in training to compete in my first Sprint Triathlon. I also run 5k to Half Marathons, completing over a hundred Parkrun’s. I'm also an ex-rugby player turned Level 2 Coach, locally and county. Alongside this I'm involved with O2 Touch, rugby for family, fun and fitness.
I'm passionate about people reaching their goals and potential. Having struggled with weight issues all my life. I'm approachable with a good ear for listening and a sense of humour to match.
SARENA BOSCH - FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
My name is Sarena, I am 20 years old and I'm a Level 2 Fitness Instructor. I have been working in various types of gyms and have started training myself, family and friends throughout my teenage life.
Previously I used to train with the England Girls Golf Team and I have travelled all over the Country to compete.
In my school life I used to participate in the Cadet Force. I worked my way through the ranks to Officer, so I am very familiar with discipline and teamwork to achieve goals.
I am an energetic, enthusiastic, confident individual and look forward to new opportunities.
JAMES PEARSON - FITNESS TRAINER / PERSONAL TRAINER
I achieved my own fitness goal to double my starting weight from 9 stone to just shy of a lean 18 stone. Purely just on the sense of achievement & the confidence I gained aspired me to become a personal trainer & help others to get where they want to be!

JO RICHARDS - FITNESS INSTRUCTOR & PERSONAL TRAINER
Hi , my name is Joanna Richards , I am a personal trainer & fitness coach.
I have always enjoyed exercise for fitness, body confidence and for mental wellbeing.
Personal training for me was therefore a natural choice when seeking an exciting new challenge and complete career change from my twenty year career as a primary school teacher. It gave me the opportunity to have a career doing something I enjoy and also to pass my knowledge on to others and help those struggling with diet, fitness and mental health issues, become fitter, healthier and more confident people with a better understanding of their bodies and pride not only in how they look, but also in what they are capable of doing. And most importantly of all, to help them feel amazing.
I qualified with Premier Global International Training two years ago , with a gold star standard award in training. I have taken further functional training courses in suspension training, kettlebells and circuit instruction and more recently qualified as a PIYO instructor. I am currently studying for a level 4 qualification specialising in “Women’s Health” ( Including pre and post-natal , adolescents, peri and post menopause).
I actively support a number of local charity events, which mainly involves raising a money for Weldmar.
RACHEL EASTER - FITNESS INSTRUCTOR / PERSONAL TRAINER
I have been in the fitness industry for 9 years & grown up surrounded by sport, exercise & wellbeing. This has given me the passion & drive that shines through in my personal training. Having access to my family's gym from a young age, I love all aspects of fitness. This has given me the extensive knowledge covering a widespread variety of disciplines, especially yoga, crossfit & body confidence.
MICHELE STONE - RECEPTIONIST
After working within the dental industry for 19 years, I am excited to make the cross over in to the fitness industry. Fitness has become a massive part of my life. I regularly attend the gym and mostly enjoy weight lifting, spin classes and boxing.
I am looking forward to meeting all of the lovely new members of Zone Fitness!
VIKKI BURGOYNE - RECEPTIONIST
With over 20 years customer service experience, and having just spent the last 10 years working for one of the worlds best airlines – Virgin Atlantic, I have a passion for giving 110% to making everyone’s fitness journey a memorable one right from the beginning. I love all things dance, especially Zumba. I'm always smiling, nothing is too much trouble & I look forward to either seeing you in a class or welcoming you to Zone Fitness at Reception.
