what is included in my membership?
Your membership gives you full access to all gym zones and unlimited group fitness classes.
What are the opening hours, is parking available at the gym?
We’re open 6am-10pm on weekdays and 6am-9pm on friday, with slightly shorter hours at weekends giving you plenty of time to fit in your workouts. You can view our full opening hours on Google maps. And yes, there’s huge amounts of free parking available on site, making your visit easy and hassle free.
Do you offer flexible memberships?
Yes! We offer both contract and non-contract membership options, so you can choose between flexibility or better value with a commitment plan.
